Tobacco Free Florida offers three free resources to help tobacco users quit

iqt200pxFace-to-Face Counseling — We offer face to face counseling.  Teaching you the tools to quit in a group setting.  We have a 37% success rate as opposed to 7% doing it on your own.  If you choose to enroll in our IQuit program, you can get support you need by calling an Area Health Education Center at 1-877-848-6696 or click the button below to view your county’s local schedule.

QuitlineLogoFlorida Quitline – You will start the program with a tailored phone-based assessment and planning call with a Quit Coach®, who will provide expert support and assistance to help prepare for quitting. Four additional tailored phone calls with a Quit Coach, timed throughout the quitting process, also are included. Unlimited toll-free access to Quit Coaches is available, as needed.

A workbook-style Quit Guide and additional materials are provided at the time of enrollment. In addition to phone-based support, you can get access to Web Coach®, the online learning and support community featuring stage-based information, interactive lessons and exercises and tracking tools to assist in quitting. A valid e-mail address is required.

logo_TFFWeb Program — If you only want access to Web Coach, the online learning and support community featuring stage-based information, interactive lessons and exercises and tracking tools to assist in quitting, all you need to do is register with a valid e-mail address. If you choose this web program, you will not receive calls from a Quit Coach. However, you still can interact with Quit Coaches in the discussion forums. These forums allow you to learn behavioral tips from Quit Coaches and other participants in the program who are quitting or have successfully quit in the past. Motivational and educational e-mails also will be sent to you throughout the program.
